You have a display module, a PCB, and a clear product vision — but no enclosure to hold it all together.

And the market turns you down three ways: sheet metal shops will only cut metal to your drawing, they won't design it for you; tooling factories quote tens of thousands in mold cost and demand 10,000+ units a year; design studios produce beautiful renders but can't deliver dimensioned manufacturing drawings.

What We Do

We turn your display and PCB dimensions into a production-ready housing.

You send two things: the display module datasheet and the PCB outline. We handle the rest, from design to shipment.

• 1. Technical Assessment

We read your display datasheet (LCM outline, active area, FPC position) against your PCB connector layout. Before any cutting, we identify fit interference, tolerance stack-up and structural weak points — removing at least two rounds of rework later.

• 2. DFM Design

We deliver the 3D model and 2D manufacturing drawings: bezel window, PCB mounting bosses, M3 brass insert points, I/O cutouts, vent slots and mounting method — every critical dimension toleranced and shop-ready.

• 3. Drawing Confirmation

You receive dimensioned 2D drawings (critical dimensions ±0.1mm) for item-by-item review. Nothing is machined until we have your written confirmation.

• 4. Production

CNC aluminum front bezel plus sheet metal rear cover, dual-process finishing (anodizing + powder coating), 100% dimensional inspection before shipment, with MTC and inspection report included.

Q I don't have a 3D drawing — only a display and a PCB. Can you still help?

A Yes. Send us the display datasheet and PCB dimensions. Our engineers produce a 2D drawing for your approval first, then build the 3D model.

Q What if the samples don't fit?

A If it's a manufacturing fault on our side — out-of-tolerance dimensions or surface defects — we refund the sample fee in full and remake them free of charge.
